The Dutch Emissions Authority (NEa) is the competent authority in the Netherlands for aircraft operators under Dutch administration, for the following European environmental regulations:
 

  • European Union Emissions Trading System (EU ETS);
  • Carbon Offsetting Reduction Scheme International Aviation (CORSIA);
  • ReFuelEU Aviation
