In the case of Fuel(EU), the company in charge of the ship at the end of the year is responsible for Fuel(EU) obligations. The former owner is responsible for a verified partial report which the current ship owner should use to fulfil its obligations. We urge you to get this partial report from the former owner. In case the former owner does not draft a verified partial report, your Fuel(EU) report will be incomplete and the NEa will in such situations make a conservative estimation of the vessels energy intensity.
