If ships are taken into management in year X and the interim FuelEU Report (FR) is not verified until 31 Jan the year after, can we in this case submit only partial data under our management? Or should we wait until we receive Interim verified data to submit together as annual submission?

Please note that the deadline of Jan 31st is the deadline to submit your FR to your verifier. As such we believe it could be acceptable to wait for the verified partial FR and then submit your total FR.
