About the MP for FuelEU Maritime: is a double verification by verifiers and AA needed?

Under FuelEU Maritime there is an obligation for the shipping company to submit a MP to the verifiers only. Not to the AS for FuelEU. A large part of the MP uses the same procedures and can be re-used for the FuelEU MP, meaning only the FuelEU specific procedures would have to be drafted by the company and submitted to verifier for approval. It is recommended to use the same verifier for ETS.
