In addition to the physical post items that you send to us, we request you to also send us a copy of these items by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will later check the physically received documents for originality.
We try to respond to questions as soon as possible, but responses to questions that are not related to the year-end closing may take a little longer than you are used to from us.
